Blackberries

The blackberry belongs to the family Rosacea,  genus Rubus and  subgenus Eubatus.
 
This fruit is delicate, juicy, tasty and has a shiny black color. It  has an oblong shape, sometimes rounded and its dimensions and weight are variable.
 
Blackberries have various health benefits, such as reducing the risk of heart disease. They also play a critical role in reducing the risk of ulcers or even stomach cancer, among others.
 
All benefits associated with the blackberry are due  to its highly nutritious composition. The blackberry thus contains a large proportion of fibers, vitamin C, vitamin K and folic acid.
